Join Coach Regina for a new Macro Counting Workshop. 

In this workshop we will cover: 
-The basics of Macro Counting for weight loss and muscle tone (aka seeing your muscles)
-Learn what each macronutrient is and why you should care about them
-Learn tips and tricks to tracking what you eat and drink 
-Learn how to live a healthy life, eat the foods you love, all while moving closer to your physique goals
-Athletes will participate in this 2 week class, which will include daily tips and lessons
-Athletes will end the challenge will a sample meal plan and custom macro targets designed especially for them! 
-Athletes will also have an opportunity to continue after the class with a 6-wk coaching nutrition group.

Leave with everything you need to know about moving in the right track to losing weight, gaining muscle and feeling good again. 

Please note: this event is the kick off and can be attendant in person or via Zoom. The zoom recording will be sent out so participants do not need to be available or in the local area.
